      Pros

      BECU provides a great work environment, competitive benefit package and has been my favorite company to work for so far.

      Cons

      Pay seems low for what we do. If your on the front line, sales are pushed pretty hard. Working on Saturdays can be a drag. As each year passes its starting to feel more like a bank than a credit union.

      Pros

      If you are the right person, there are lots of potential for growth and development. The benefits is amazing, such as health, dental, vision, education, etc.

      Cons

      Lots of people who work there that shouldn't. They do the bare min or less and still do not get in trouble or fired. It's really seems like its a hard place to get fired at. With that being said, if you work your butt off you the person next to you works less than you, you still get paid the same.
