      Benefits are Incredible

      Pros

      Benefits including generous PTO, bonuses and wellness money to spend on your fitness and well being.

      Cons

      I work in the contact center and it is a full day of answering phones non stop, every minute is managed and you have to make your times or your out. They say it's not micromanaged but in this position it is.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, people don't seem overworked or stressed out.

      Cons

      If you are considering an internship here and hoping to become a full time employee this company may not be for you. Most interns are converted into "temps" making the same hourly rate as an intern with no benefits and a promise of someday, maybe, getting a full time offer. Most temps stay around for a year or so before getting this full time offer.

      Pros

      Great training and understanding of entire banking industry. Assisting members with managing their finances was very enjoyable. Opportunity to learn from different departments helped me become more successful with upselling products.

      Cons

      Some opportunity with teamwork and partnership among other work groups within the call center. Providing positive feedback and suggestions on how we could work together helped.
