      - Competitive pay, pension plan, well covered health insurance, numerous benefits/pay outside of regular pay - Focus on work/life balance - Focus on employee improvement & climbing the ladder internally

      Cons

      Compared to other places I have worked, the cons are minimal and nothing you wouldn't find in a typical work environment.
