Low pay, small raises <$1, only get a raise once a year if in same position even with outstanding performance Frontline employees' ideas are rarely implemented in regards to how BECU can improve, which is discouraging given we are the first line of defensive and hear directly from members on a day to day basis No compensation for working in multiple skilled departments within the contact center

Pay is pretty so-so for the market right now, a lot of arbitrary and unnecessary bureaucracy, management structure is confusing and managers really seem to struggle with working with their peers to effectively create change.
