The CEO and previous leaders are pretty amazing and they promote a good work culture

Cons

The recent leadership in technology management has proven to be quite ineffective, fostering a detrimental work culture. They tend to exaggerate minor issues, transforming them into significant concerns to enhance their own visibility and advance their personal agendas. Consequently, employees find themselves in a position of constant vigilance, as the management that should be supporting them is instead imposing undue pressure.

decent pay and people are fun to talk with

- the new CEO for sure needed to shake things up but is trying to transform this once great institution for the community to just a normal f*** you bank - no upward mobility they hire externally over already proven employee's because its cheaper - I was actually held back from another position only because me leaving would through off branch goals, they will pigeon hole you if you do a good job at the branch level - When I left and applied back I was told they would likely never select a past employee for an interview regardless of past performance
