Pros

Great wages, vacation, and benefits.

Cons

I have worked in call centers for over 15 years and have always climbed the ladder pretty quickly. This company has the worst training, I have ever had. They don't show you how to use the system to answer customer questions. Instead they just have you learn policies to follow. The problem is that, customers aren't generic, they normally have a lot of other questions....so you spend a lot of timing digging to find the info or calling a lead. I had three people in my class with ADA, all fired quickly. If anything goes wrong they quickly drain your PTO and then fire you. And people in training are so stressed.

Pros

The medical benefits are okay. They offer a small pension. It's better than working retail.

Cons

There is no work life balance. The bonus structure is garbage. Goals are unattainable and therefore you never bonus. District directors and above are clueless to the needs of front line staff and make moves that directly cheat employees out of fair compensation and bonuses. Job advancement is gate-kept by incompetent leadership sourced from problematic for profit big banks. The company now uses language and policies adopted from bank of America and Wells Fargo. The systems are antiquated and outdated and break daily creating major service interruptions. There are no longer becu core values driving decision making and profit is the only focus.

Pros

Ok pay, work from home, community involvement

Cons

Constant restructuring causes project and improvements to be delayed. Getting anything updated or changed is like steering the titanic. Tying to change jobs within the company is impossible.
