Pros

Culture of "members first" because they're not chasing profits. People tend to be open and helpful to each other - very little in terms of turf wars. Core values are internalized and part of our operations. Many people with long careers - a good sign of a company that takes care of people. Good medical benefit. Legit remote work (work from home 99% of the time).

Cons

I don't see many entry-level jobs posted. Most require 5+ years of experience.

We love it when former team members have a great experience working for BECU and connecting with our organization’s purpose. While limiting the number of branches that carry cash ensures a more safe environment for members and employees, while also driving down cost we can return to members, we know it can be a point of frustration at times. We've been hard at work opening more Neighborhood Financial Centers with cash options, and continually work to make members' lives easier. Thank you for taking the time to leave a response!
