Pros

-good benefits like any other financial institution -great opportunity to learn a lot of different products compared to other financial institutions. -good starting pay - pay increase every year( 60 cents each raise)

Cons

-no opportunity to grow professionally because of favoritism from management. - racial discrimination against their employees from management. -HR department not supportive when reporting bad behaviors from management.

Pros

Amazing benefits, great people, and a desire to impact our community in a great way.

Cons

The organization has been in the midst of a major cultural change over the last few years, and in my opinion we have lost more than we gained. It really depends on what role you have and how you are supported, and it shouldn’t differ like that. Also, compensation for many roles is way too low compared to the cost of living.
