Pros
I enjoyed working with the people I was surrounded with. They have job shadows that you could do a day of shadowing if it's a position you think you could be interested in.
Cons
They always wanted us to push loans and credit cards with the guests saying we only do that to those people we think could benefit from it. But give us a a metric every month on how many people have applied for loans and credit cards with us and that is also based on whether we get raises or not.
