      BECU is local to Washington so this means there a lot of job opportunities in WA.

      Cons

      BECU expects member consultants to do the job of a teller without offering additional pay. This is done to save the company money and to avoid carrying cash at their neighborhood financial centers. Company pushes sales to their employees and expects members to be engaged by opening at least three products with the credit union.
