Salary is not great depending on when you start to work in the CU. You would be on track if your manager likes you. Management would promote whoever they like or their 'own' people even if they barely get work done. A lot of OT opportunities, management would make you work a lot but in the meantime, they do not even try to help at all, all they do is send out an email to appreciate your hard work, however, they would be the ones to receive the biggest annual bonus. Management would barely be willing to learn with the old internal system, management would think screenprint is a new high-tech fancy computer skill, not kidding at all Management will never admit their failure, will never say it is their fault, and is always the team's fault if there is a mistake, but they will be the first person to jump out and get the credit if the team success
