      Benefits are amazing! They have a very diverse and inclusive culture. They also give a generous amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Pay can be lower, but totally worth it for the benefits.

      Enjoyable environment to work in. Made life long friends. Encouraged to shadow others to learn new skills.

      Cons

      The people before profit promos are a joke. The 20% work force reduction shows that this company is profit driven. Layoffs were done shortly before the holidays. What did Santa bring you this year? A pink slip? Former VP of IAM had a reputation of being brought in to spear head these layoffs and move on after 3 years. If your company hires her, prepare to go job hunting.
