Pros
Was a great place to launch a career, entry level, awesome managers at lower levels, awesome coworkers. Benefits were decent, pay was good, hours were okay. From 2016 to 2020, it was an amazing place to work and had fantastic leadership.
Cons
Culture shift overnight in Tech from 2020-2022, lots of friends fired for no reason, others offered lower pay so they could not claim unemployment or were put in positions where they had to quit. CIO was an awesome person before and promoted diversity and inclusion, new CIO cares 0 about people, more about money than anything. Claims to be diverse, but fired a tons of people who were part of the BILD Council, others resigned due to the low pay. I am grateful to say, I got out right before the smaller layoffs started and a year before the massive cuts were made and out-sourced to exploit other low income workers.
