      Pros

      Great 401k Retirement Package, Great Medical/Dental Insurance, Excellent Vacation/Sick Leave.

      Cons

      Company has gone to a sales first member's second attitude since they reached the asset level and government regulations level. The front line consultant is to sell member's loan products in order to achieve an personal loan growth dollar amount. Was a much better employer to work for when they were fixated on actually helping members instead of increasing loan dollars. Prefers to hire from outside of company instead of promoting from within.

      Pros

      Offers good products and services to their members. Good benefits and time off for employees.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Branches are chronically under staffed and hours are long. Pay is not very competitive with the industry and bonus structure is not motivating. A lot of social politics dictates who does and who does not get promoted. Promotions are not based off of performance or qualifications.

      Pros

      If you are the right person, there are lots of potential for growth and development. The benefits is amazing, such as health, dental, vision, education, etc.

      Cons

      Lots of people who work there that shouldn't. They do the bare min or less and still do not get in trouble or fired. It's really seems like its a hard place to get fired at. With that being said, if you work your butt off you the person next to you works less than you, you still get paid the same.
