Pros

Pretty space and garden, although this isn't necessarily a pro given current times where remote work is becoming the norm. Manufacturing staff is really nice and the environment in the warehouse is friendly. They pay really well

Cons

-They will say they are understanding about being sick or having vacation, given ample notice, but would prefer that you don't take any time off and will tell you it's not okay at the last minute, or worse, after you already went. -High turnover and firings -Not enough parking space and if the lot gets full, there is nowhere to park -HR is way too involved in everything -Cliquey and high school vibe

Pros

-Lots of great people -Can move up rather quickly -Fun work parties -Pay for carpooling with coworkers -willing to grow you as a worker and teach u as much as you can handle

Cons

-Extreme segregation and dissatisfaction between departments -Huge lack of communication between multiple levels -Constant start of new projects only for them to not be finished (I.e. Solar panels) -H.R. department is not respected by most workers (3 of 5 HR employees quit within 2 months) -turnover is one of the highest I’ve ever seen in a company -focus has been put on a second facility while most practices at the first facility have still yet to be fully figured out -most managers don’t know how their actual departments work (I.e a machinist supervisor who has no machining experience) -non competitive pay -some of the more tenured employees are extremely hesitant to change and push back anything that isn’t the way things used to be -multiple managers and people in positions of power have quit for other companies in the the last year, creating a lot of power vacuums and placing people into positions that they normally wouldn’t be given -multiple women in the company had confined in me that they felt like second class workers due to certain rules and regulation being passed. (Have fired 3 rather tenured employees in the last year for sexual harassment. Take this as you will)

Lighting was bright, everything else... pretty dark.

Pros

Pay and benefits were great. Location was amazing, avocado trees. Carpooling program. Fun company events.

Cons

Internal communication was absolutely horrible. Drained any potential morale; walking into work, you could feel this miserable energy in the room. Departments constantly fought with each other, making accomplishing tasks the equivalent of pulling teeth. The events to bring everyone together were fun, but it was kind of the equivalent of putting a band-aid over a bullet hole, almost a refusal to address actual internal issues. Management is also extremely patronizing. Ignorant comments in general were made on the daily. I would heed the previous reviews regarding the "boys club" comments. Career progression happened at a snail's pace. Huge turnover rate.
