Helped make this location profitable during my tenure.

Cons

Management would force you to do the lowest level work without staff then have you responsible for a huge area requiring numerous repairs and replacement well beyond resources available. Most equipment is beyond useful life therefore repair activity "rathole". Boss would sleep through ever discussion I would have with him and leave early every day without support. Training is non-existent. Opportunities for lateral or movement up is non-existent.
