the rate of pay is quite good, for the work required..........if we only had a future?

Cons

The management team, are almost ALL incompetent.......in particular the upper management. When problems are pointed out to them, and solutions provided.......they still DON'T react? Wasting more money than I will earn in my entire lifetime Benteler is by far, the worst run. company I've ever worked for current 9 year employee thanks Ilia!

On day or more you get motivated when you see your pay check

To much risk taking on projects, to many projects to launch the same time , they just forget your personal development plan, give you bad reviews without talking to you (annual reviews), a habit to hire people from outside what don't have the history of the projects and plans,very little promotion internally - I think the culture is horrible / only a....kissers get promoted not performers
