It seemed like a great group of people. There was some office politics, but generally the team seemed to have the best of intentions.

Cons

There was a downsizing and I'm told that cutbacks are a common thing for this company in response to any crisis.

Pros

Great benefits overall a decently run company. Regular raises and everyone typically seemed knowledgeable in their positions. Management was pretty friendly.

Cons

Lack of appreciation from management, empty promises of promotion were regularly made. A lot of turnover especially on the floor.
