Pros

Connected me with a full time position when I needed work badly.

Cons

Virtually no support in position, only takes cut of pay. Negotiated my own raises, only to have the company take a huge portion of my raise.

Pros

Awesome human being there. People are smart and easy to work with. Great place to learn if you are entry level.

Cons

Lack of opportunity to grow because most of the employees work there for many years and hold for the same position. It is hard to move up to management unless someone leave.
