Easy on boarding and training especially if you have any past sales experience. Lots of experienced recruiters that are willing to help train you. Upper management are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Not much room for growth unless you’re willing to take on a different role.

Many locations, lots of options for employment. HR staff is very professional and organized on boarding

Cons

Contracted work means you are not a regular employee of the company you work with. They take advantage of this at times. Not much support from BEPC when dealing with the clients policies.
