      There are no pros to working here

      Cons

      You have to constantly put your job to the side to help the others who slack. If you go above and beyond it will be recognized, but never rewarded. Bericap runs on the bare minimum amount of employees so it is constantly running inefficiently. Management has their focus on numbers instead of actual management of the plant.
