nice offices (gym, restaurant, smoking rooms), good salary, good work-life balance, free meals, extra days off given by the company, friendly staff

Cons

very long commute (company is in the middle of nowhere), remote work arrangements could be better given the location, slow promotions, work can be a bit monotonous at times, some legacy tech which could be improved, excess focus on what the customers want and not what they need, some skills may be outdated, employee assessment methods are a bit vague
