1. The people - excellent work environment, brilliant colleagues from all over 2. The work - diverse projects, collaborations with world-class entities and strong brand names 3. The freedom - very genuine horizontal hierarchy, every single voice is actively encouraged to contribute across contexts 3.
Cons
1. Some meetings should not be meetings 2. Projects can be staffed in uneven ways - lots of freedom to take on projects also means it can be up to you to turn down requests which can be a negative. There are however capacity leads to support in ensuring everyone is not doing more than they should

Wonderful colleagues from all over the world and the close proximity to impact-driven founders give Catalyst Fund great energy.
Cons
Because of how global it is, coordinating across time zones can be inconvenient for calls/meetings.
