Good view from the building on Thames river. 20-23 floor is good place to work. You can see brokers while doing REAL work.

Cons

Blame culture at its highest level and very high turn out of staff. Every morning you will send email to all team leads as soon as you arrive to get your time tracked and if it is even 5 minutes late, you will get 'L' in front of your name reported on calendar for all to see. IT Manager put a camera to watch you when he is away for drinks. Never allowed to work from home. If you are sick more than five days a year you will get pay cut. you might work 45 hours/week while your colleague might be doing 37 exactly same job. These rules are all documented and you are reminded again and again about these rules. If your time sheet is two days late you will get written email warning which could be used for any proceedings.
