Slow to give any raises, and the training is very poor. You better ask questions because they won't tell you otherwise.

The view. Non-management is nice. Employees are all in the same boat - severely abused.

Cons

Poor management. No care for employees at all. Everyone equally abused, though. Long hours. No benefits. Average pay.
