Experience gained during my time here will no doub be the best of me career. Was transferred 2 years into taking up employment (I'm not certain there are many organisations that would allow this). Forward thinking management. Hard work is rewarded.

Cons

It is a busy environment, however I did not view this as con. It was a dynamic working environment.
