Pros

Benefit from working for a huge company in terms of Christmas parties and 'fun day's' but these a few and far between.

Cons

1% match pension, only 20 days holiday, health insurance minimum, small bonus', below market salary, americanised and still very old fashioned in terms of gender equality.
