strong DEI focus and community commitment, abundant development opportunities, strong environmental commitment, strong benefit package including pension plan, strong safety culture

Cons

not staffed appropriately for aggressiveness of business plans and regulatory obligations creating competing and often unclear priorities, meeting culture is oppressive and makes getting work done very challenging, consensus across multiple operating units creates burdensome administrative hurdles and impedes progress, very flat organizational structure making senior management advancement opportunities extremely limited
