Just started having employees come in 3 times a week but if you need to WFH for appointments or anything else management is very flexible

I enjoy that it is a very friendly, mostly collaborative environment Generally everyone will be willing to help. Good career mobility for those seeking management roles.

Cons

Majority of "engineering" roles will not be doing any actual engineering. Pigeon holes you into the company specific skills. Very little design work The work can be pretty repetitive/ many find this job demanding but it is also possible to have work/ life balance here if you set boundaries
