Very decent pay, bonuses, benefits and vacation policies. Good team work and culture. Great place to make a career, gain new experiences and there are many opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

If you like stability and are not used to changes this place may not work for you. Everything is changing very often and very quickly (sometimes within months): your managers, your office location, assignments, IT platform for reporting, your responsibilities and the whole working environment. Everything and everyone is constantly on the move.
