      Pros

      Company cared for their employees. Room to grow with the Company. Everyone was open and accepting of you and willing to help you learn. I would work for them again tomorrow. Pay was great and there was a pension plan.

      Pros

      You can get over time, pay is better than most call center positions in the area. Training is extensive, someone always there to assist

      Cons

      Mandatory last minute overtime. You get off at 6? We'll let you know at 5:59 you have to stay longer. Definitely not for people with children
