Great Benefits, pay and work life balance are the things I really liked.

Cons

Everything is becoming so much more metrics driven. Depending on your department, the metrics and workload are imbalanced.

Co-workers are great and share in your pain and annoyance with the company, Great benefits, Pay is nice, No worries on job stability

Cons

The work-life balance is pretty much absent, schedules change constantly without notice, the grading of your quality on the phone is absurd due to being pretty much told you missed out on things you were not formally told you needed to do
