-being an exelon company, exelon provides a pension and pretty good benefits like 401k & a good healthcare plan -nice to work for the utility company instead of a contracting firm

Cons

-upper management is like a club, and you arent in it. designers always get the short end of the stick even though they do the most work and make the company all their money. -there is no regulatory oversight or third party watching for quality so bypassing Quality Assurance processes is commonplace -You may be asked to sign off on things that you are not comfortable doing because "the job must hit the deadline" without a choice
