Very client-focused. If client manager is happy, Vision is happy. Proactive in updating employees about placement renewal , logistics, and 360-degree communication of feedback. Company puts on after-hours networking events, holiday parties, even the occasional one-off lunch meeting with your service manager. Overall, makes employees feel appreciated as part of a larger team with a unified presence and goals.
Cons
Health plan offerings are mediocre, though this is somewhat expected given the nature of the staffing employer business.
