Pros

Mom and Pop shop feel with a corporate backing. Everyone brings value to the team and with the management support, we are given the necessary tool and resources to be successful. - A lot of internal knowledge - Sharing best practices - Transparency from the top down - Hands off management approach - Flexible and understanding as far as schedule and personal life

Cons

- Small office space - Not and entry level recruiting or sales role. - With out product knowledge the ramp up time be long. (hard for sales)
