Opening the Twin Cities market has allowed me to form exceptional relationships with both clients and field employees!

Cons

The unemployment rate is the lowest it's been in 20 years, though this is great news for our economy, it creates a challenge finding qualified candidates. I've turned this into a "PRO" by offering Tomorrow's Talent classes and placing graduates into an exciting and HOT industry! Their gratitude is overwhelming and my clients LOVE it!
