Excellent support by management, excellent jobs, and excellent customers! Large enough to have a good variety of customers and jobs but gives all consultants sufficient attention.

Cons

Although it's fine with me, most of the jobs are in the greater Baltimore area, which might be limiting tor some candidates. However, Vision is expanding well into other areas.
