They are always willing to help get you placed in a position closest to where you are located, living, or needing to work.
Cons
most of the assignments I was placed at were just temporary assignments, only looking for help during busy hours or seasons, which was fine while I was pregnant, but after having the baby I was looking for a permanent position and there wasn't much available at that time.
