      Temp Leasing Agent/ Assistant Manager

      Pros

      I really love the fact that when Im in between jobs , I can always call them up and they will try to have a job for me the next day. I keep busy quite a bit. Right now Im in a full time temp job on a property waiting for an Assistant Manager positon to open. Until then, Im able to make money and pay my bills. They direct deposit, and you only have to wait a week befor your first pay check.

      Cons

      I dont like the fact that there are down times, as it would be for any temp job. Not knowing is always a con.

      Pros

      Management was very accessible and helpful. When I called for work they always responded promptly. Lots of work and stayed busy during time at BG Staffing and I always paid on time.

      Cons

      There are a few cons, most of the companies where I was placed where great, but there was one I would be cautious of. Overall it was a good experience.
