The team works with each candidate and client on an individual basis and gives priority to everything they work on. They are team spirited and their success is reflective in their professionalism and knowledge.

Flexable schdule and allows you to pick the places you want to work.

Cons

It's a staffing agency that makes you drive well over an hour out of your way for a placement. Then when you get to the place the people either do not need you or BG already sent someone else there which wastes gas.
