Flexible schedule, I had an amazing supervisor, great support from immediate team members

Cons

Lack of support from Corporate leadership, monitoring of bonuses put in the hands of new employees who aren’t knowledgeable on how to process, base pay doesn’t cover basic cost of living

Inclusive teams and ability for upward movement is very achieveable

Cons

Pay structure gets worse the longer you are there in sales since goals become unachievable. they require everyone to always act happy and peppy. If you are having an off day it is not acceptable.
