Communication- as an issue arose with my contract and the buisness using me as a contractor I was literally never contacted by BGSF. I had to find a solution for myself outside of them entirely and essentially negotiate a new contract with another agency. The very least they could have done is own up to their mistake, but i did not even get that, just an issue that would have landed me 3+ months with forced unpaid leave if i did not find a better job in the mean time i would still have been out of work
Organization- myself and one other who also was staffed by them had 4 different people serving as our point of contact for BGSF at our employer's site. They shafted the first one who was actually good, and then had a string of unhelpful people not even knowledgeable about the field we work in. Not many cosmetic nail technicians know about micro electronics and computers.
Follow through- I had to hound and email back and forth to get simple answers or any support. My employer who contracted through them experienced the same
Information- lack there of
Understanding
Operations- if you cannot even process the paperwork to keep one of your staffers under contract on time then what is the purpose of your agency?
Succession plan- constant changing of resources
Pay scale- avoiding negotiations by placing blame on the employer and resulting in a game of back and forth rather than have a conversation
Negotiations- see above
Administration- uncertainty in processes or the people to handle them
