      Markets itself well Pays its leaders VERY well

      Cons

      Claims to have six offices but has 3. This was even before Covid. The supposed "client leaders" who make up the sales team are intentionally divided from practice and the firm's people, setting up a divisive, confusing culture.

      I was able to work in a team setting and take on a lot of responsibilities. Learned a lot and enjoyed what I did everyday!
