Very focused on helping you in your personal career path Flat structure, so you can speak with partners and owners without hesitation Improving company culture; there's a vision the leaders have and they are working very hard to get everyone to buy in. Very fair compensation and benefits Company leaders are willing to invest in the future, whether technology, people, or something else.

Cons

There tend to be some walls between markets which can result in less than perfect efficiency.
