Well balanced, flex-hybrid working model with great leadership. All levels of employees maintain active engagement with each-other and the teams truly care for one another. There is no feeling of a siloed work environment which is often found in other organizations of all industries. Respectable pay, employee benefits, and a strong 401K program. Structured employee recognition with clear focus on professional growth plans and opportunities for lateral movement.

Cons

None that I can think of. The organization is growing fast and everyone is positive about the future.
