Working for BHG has been a tremendous benefit to both my professional and personal life. I started working for BHG as an intern in 2011 and over the past 5 years I have acquired and built all aspects of my business and organizational skills. I was graciously awarded the opportunity to take an all expense paid course by this organization to help me grow and I believe there are VERY few companies out there that invest in their employees like BHG does. We're provided with a Gym (which includes a personal trainer), a cafe, and comfy break out/ conference rooms. All around positive environment and great work place. I can truly state that I look forward to showing up to work every day.

There are so many good things to say about this company: • Management truly cares about the employees • The owners are very generous with pay, bonuses, and benefits • The atmosphere is energetic and positive • There is an onsite gym and the company encourages healthy living • The building is beautiful and located in a great spot in Syracuse

Cons

This isn’t really a con it’s a disclosure: BHG strives to be ahead of the curve for financial solutions. Change is constant and we are always trying to do new things. If you like to be innovative and are adaptable this is the place for you. It can be a very fast-pace environment which is exciting and stressful at the same time.

Bankers Healthcare Group employees not only want you to give you the opportunity to grow in your career, but they also think growing as a person is just as important. The constant positive mentality of the employees is infectious and it makes you look forward to coming to work every day. BHG hires top notch individuals who I have the pleasure of learning from and working with on a daily basis. As far as the culture and values of the company, BHG gives back to the community and has won awards for been one of the healthiest employers in CNY.

I haven't found anything I dislike about the company.
