Bankers Healthcare Group is an amazing company to work for. You can tell they really care about their employees. Its a great feeling when you enjoy coming to work every day and enjoy doing what you do. Bankers Healthcare Group has great benefits and is always doing extra activities not just for the employees but for our family and friends.

Cons

There is really nothing bad to say about Bankers Healthcare Group. The company is always evolving and sometimes evolving too fast that maybe there is some miscommunication but we always pull together as a team and work through it.

BHG offers a tremendous amount of opportunity. Personally, never would I have thought my life would’ve changed the way it has. Since joining BHG three years ago, I’ve been able to get married in a venue I never thought was possible, took my honeymoon in one of the most scenic parts of the world (Greece), and bought a house in a neighborhood I’ve always dreamed of but never thought was possible. From top to bottom everyone is treated like family. You will not find another organization that cares for their employees the way BHG does. I would strongly recommend working for this amazing company!

None that I can think of. This company has been great.
