I absolutely love working here! The company culture is extraordinary - they prioritize employee wellness, employee recognition, and personal development and growth initiatives which makes this company one of the best I've ever worked for. Pay is competitive, people here are kind and hard working, and one of the founders is heavily involved in the People Development side which in turn creates a culture that really puts employee experience at the forefront. It's a great company to be at!

Cons

The only cons I can find is related to communication. A lot of teams and departments don't communicate efficiently on initiatives and projects that should be collaborative. Communication is almost always done via email instead of utilizing Microsoft Teams where you can remove silos and push for a more collaborative communication effort amongst different teams/departments. For company wide announcements, have we ever considered using the Teams channel? Employees can react, reply, share GIFs - it would set a great example and encourage people to use Teams in different ways!
