Pros

In my many experiences working with different types of companies, this is by far the best! I cannot tell you what a privilege it is to work for owners who have made a company that really cares for their employees. Beyond health benefits there are so many other perks and benefits that you just wouldn't find anywhere else. There is a brand new state of the art gym, and beautiful cafe, and many other amenities. On top of that the company goes above and beyond to show appreciation. On top of that there is a culture of team camaraderie! I love the people I work with and love going to work every day!!!

Cons

The people in my life get sick of hearing how awesome my job is. :)

Pros

I have been with BHG for four years now and it is absolutely amazing! The amount of energy and positivity that is in this place is amazing. When I came in for my interview I didnt know what to expect, but the minute I walked out that door I knew this would be somewhere i would like to build my career at. The ownership is amazing and truly cares for their employees, its hard to find somewhere that you put in so much hard work and truly feel appreciated. They always let us know what a great job we are doing and know that the company is built on the employees around them. I look forward to going to work everyday to see my BHG family!

Cons

Trying to find a con about BHG is definitly a hard one. I would have to say the way that our company moves so quickly and evolves that sometimes it gets discouraging to keep up, but at the end of the day with the support of our team, management, and ownership we always come together to make it work!

Pros

Bankers Healthcare Group is an amazing company to work for. You can tell they really care about their employees. Its a great feeling when you enjoy coming to work every day and enjoy doing what you do. Bankers Healthcare Group has great benefits and is always doing extra activities not just for the employees but for our family and friends.

Cons

There is really nothing bad to say about Bankers Healthcare Group. The company is always evolving and sometimes evolving too fast that maybe there is some miscommunication but we always pull together as a team and work through it.
