Company culture is very healthy. It's a wonderful opportunity to work on a ton of great projects alongside great coworkers.

Cons

If you prefer more laid back style of work, it might not be the right place for you. If you are on a mission to learn something new everyday and grow with the company, this is a great place to work.

I have worked for many different companies in many different industries and BHG is the first place I feel heard. No matter your position within the company leadership will listen to ideas and criticisms and give feedback on why something will not work or help explore the idea more.
